Top Tier takes pictures of work spaces for advertising purposes. You consent to have pictures taken of your space unless instructions not too have been given.

A walk through assessment is required before a free quote is provided unless other arrangements are approved (detailed descriptions, pictures, ect). Prices may vary compared to the approximate price list.

A 15-minute grace period is given once Top Tier arrives for the scheduled time. If the client is not available and instructions to proceed have not been given; a refund will not be offered, and a $20 no-show fee will be applied to reschedule.

If Top Tier cancels a cleaning due to emergency or driving conditions, a full refund for that scheduled clean will be offered if you are not interested in rescheduling. If the customer cancels a cleaning; a refund will not be offered, and a $20 rescheduling fee will be applied. Special circumstances do apply for unfortunate situations upon approval.

Please do not book if there is a pest problem, toxic clean-up, or human/animal waste. We can not help with cleaning until these issues are addressed. This is to ensure the health and safety of staff and their families. If Top Tier is unable to proceed with the clean; a refund will not be offered, and a $20 rescheduling fee will be applied once the issues have been addressed. Please book with discretion.

Water and electricity must be on at the cleaning location.

Closed doors will indicate that you do not want Top Tier in that particular area. Please keep doors open to scheduled cleaning areas. We do not open closets, drawers, ect.

Top Tier does not move furniture unless otherwise requested with an appropriate deep clean quote.

Top Tier does not move personal items from surfaces unless otherwise requested with an appropriate organization quote. Cleaning around items will be done with no reimbursement of areas that were unable to tend to. Please do your best to remove items from counter tops, tables, bathroom shelves, ect, that you wish to be a part of the scheduled clean. Certain objects exempt upon approval (ex. toothbrush holder and soap dispenser in the bathroom).

Appliances, TVs, or any other machine/equipment will not be touched unless otherwise requested with an appropriate quote. Zero cleaners are used on TVs and picture frames - dusted only.

We love animals! But please, prior to the scheduled clean, contain your pets inside and outside as necessary. You know them best - please make appropriate decisions to respect the cleaning crew.

Top Tier will use all of their own supplies, products, scents, ect, unless requested otherwise and provided an alternative solution. 

Top Tier Commercial Solutions Services Agreement will be signed by both parties upon confirmation of cleaning sale.
